Just inside the entrance, there is a bathroom alongside a dedicated laundry area, complete with a washing machine that you are welcome to use throughout your stay, especially handy for longer visits or after beach days.

Continuing inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen designed for everyday cooking, whether you are preparing a simple breakfast or a full meal. Beside the kitchen is a comfortable dining spot for two, ideal for casual meals at home.

The interior then flows into a sunken living space featuring a sofa and TV. Large glass doors and windows allow plenty of daylight to fill the room while offering a clear view of the pool, creating an inviting area to relax, unwind, or enjoy a quiet evening indoors.

Outside, your private pool provides a refreshing place to cool off during the day. A sunbed is available for lounging, reading, or enjoying time outdoors.

Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom offers a spacious and comfortable sleeping area, designed for restful nights and relaxed mornings.

For added convenience, scooter parking is available directly at the property. While on-site car parking is not available, regular cars can easily access the alley for pick-up and drop-off, making arrivals and departures smooth and hassle-free.

Your stay includes housekeeping six days a week, pool maintenance twice a week, and 24/7 concierge service to support you throughout your visit.

Fresh bath towels and pool towels are provided at check-in and replaced every two days. Bed linens are also provided at check-in and refreshed every four days to keep the space feeling clean and well maintained.
